What motivates someone to “like” a company on Facebook? For Business to Customer marketing, the number one reason (not surprisingly) is deals & promotions. But looking at this survey there were some other findings worth noting: 39% of respondents “like” a company to show support for the company and 34% “like” a company to stay informed about the company.
